Below are some big fixes:

• FIXED Alien melee attacks can now be countered with the 'Counter Strike' perk
• FIXED Drug accessories are now refilled by the 'Scavenger' perk crate
• FIXED Units can now immediately sabotage if they spawn inside an objective area
• FIXED The event 'Terrorist Captured' affected all Waybackers instead of all Marines
• FIXED Rescued squaddies got assigned to their leader, even when the leader was permanently dead
• FIXED Added a correct inactive portrait for Ivey
• Many UI fixes and tweaks
